By accessing or using Instrukti, a platform provided by Utsuk Labs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use Instrukti.
1. Description of Services
- Instrukti provides an online platform that enables teachers and students to conduct online classes using various tools, including but not limited to chat, video conferences, and file storage.
- Instrukti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
2. User Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. Code of Conduct
- Users agree to use Instrukti for lawful purposes only.
- Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or compromises the security of other users.
4. Payments and Billing
- Users agree to pay all fees in a timely manner.
- Instrukti reserves the right to change its pricing and billing methods with notice.
- Refunds if any for the transactions made on Instrukti shall undergo a processing period of 5-7 days, contingent upon the user’s adherence to the stipulated conditions for refund eligibility.
5. Privacy
- Instrukti collects and processes personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
- Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how their data is handled.
6. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of their content, but grant Instrukti a license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content on the platform.
- Users may not use Instrukti to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Instrukti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- In no event shall Instrukti’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the user in the last 6 months.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate the user’s access to Instrukti at any time for any reason.
- Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Instrukti reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of Instrukti constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
